Information we process

• Account information, including your name, email address, organization, access status, and authentication identifiers.
• Media files you upload, caption text, output files, technical probe data, processing selections, quality-control results, and delivery metadata.
• Recipient email addresses and short messages that you provide when sharing a delivery.
• Support requests, diagnostic references, and correspondence you submit.
• Service, security, usage, and device information needed to operate and protect the service.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, process media, generate and review captions, create requested deliverables, operate secure downloads, send service messages, provide support, prevent abuse, maintain reliability, and improve the service.

Service providers

We use specialized infrastructure providers to operate MUXEVO, including services for authentication and databases, cloud storage and delivery, CPU and GPU processing, transactional email, monitoring, and public-site analytics. They process information only as needed to provide their contracted service and are subject to their own security and privacy obligations.

Cookies and global consent

We use one consent experience for visitors worldwide rather than attempting to determine your jurisdiction. Necessary browser storage supports security, authentication, and your privacy preference. Optional Google Analytics on public marketing pages is disabled unless you choose “Accept analytics.” We do not use advertising cookies, and analytics does not run inside authenticated workspaces, jobs, outputs, or administration pages.

You can accept, decline, or later change your choice at any time. Withdrawing analytics consent stops future analytics collection on this device and removes MUXEVO analytics cookies that the browser makes available to us.

Google sign-in

If you choose Google sign-in, MUXEVO receives basic identity information such as your email address, name, profile image, and an authentication identifier. MUXEVO does not request access to your Gmail, Google Drive files, contacts, or calendar.

Media retention and deletion

Customer media and generated deliverables are scheduled for automatic removal seven days after completion unless you clear them sooner. Operational, security, support, and transaction records may be retained longer when needed for reliability, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or account history.

Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell customer media or personal information. Information may be disclosed to service providers, when you direct us to share a delivery, to protect the service or its users, or when required by law.

Security and your choices

We use access controls, encrypted transport, scoped storage access, and operational monitoring. You can clear completed jobs, manage delivery links, update account information, or request assistance with access or deletion by contacting us.
