A captioned master, not a loose collection of files
Broadcast delivery often requires the video, program audio, track labels and caption data to arrive together in one compliant MXF master. MUXEVO’s broadcast workflow creates that deliverable and reports its processing stages from encoding through persistence.
Where the source already matches the required output profile, preflight can identify opportunities to avoid unnecessary picture conversion. Sources that do not match require a compliant transcode rather than an unsafe remux.
Two standards, one finished master
MUXEVO’s Broadcast MXF engine authors native CEA-708 services in the MPEG-2 A/53 caption transport and carries CEA-608 compatibility captions for established broadcast workflows.
This is materially different from attaching a VTT file, burning words into the picture or presenting wrapped 608 data as native 708.
Strict QC without hiding failures
Structural probing verifies final video, audio, timing and container properties. Caption inspection independently decodes both the 608 channels and native 708 services from the completed essence.
When a required service is missing, text does not match, or packet integrity fails, the master fails QC instead of being presented as complete.
